on the same day that you donate blood. The day of your donation begins at
12:01 a.m. A ticket dated for a different calendar day cannot be accepted. Do not

While completing the health history questionnaire online can save you time at the
blood drive or the blood center, it cannot tell you whether you are able to donate
blood that day. When you arrive to donate, one of our staff will review your answers,
may ask a few follow-up questions, and check your blood pressure and other vital
signs to make sure you’re able to give blood.

Your information and responses are not
stored anywhere online.
The health history questionnaire is
